Supporting your child’s learning at home
As whānau you play a big part in your child’s learning every day. This learning can be supported at home. The Ministry of Education website has information and tips on getting involved in your child’s reading, writing and mathematics while they are in years 1-8 at school. There is a page for each year level to help you understand the National Standards and how you can support your child’s learning at home.
